An Allegation of a sex crime is one of the most feared and most dangerous of all charges. Once the allegation is made, it can be difficult to counter and you should seek an attorney immediately.

With these Measure 11 cases, a prisoner is not entitled to "good time" reduction and is not eligible for "programs." These are truly draconium sentences and the use of an extremely experienced attorney, an investigator and a medical expert are nearly always required.

Further, most sex crime convictions require sex offender registration and sex offender therapy. These convictions cannot be expunged no matter how well you do on probation.
